Player's Complaint
It's about www.1bet.com, the section is not with the casino, but with the bookmaker. However, considering that there is a casino on the site, this can happen with a casino user.
I registered and played in the bookmaker www.1bet.com for more than 4 (!) Years. During this time, they have changed a lot, including the line of coefficients, but our cooperation also suited me and the bookmaker. In early January, I replenished my account, since all funds in the account were lost. By January 20, the amount on the account reached $ 4,300, and a payment of $ 1,500 was ordered. On January 23, a letter came to the post office, in which it was reported that my account was found to be fraudulent, since the IP address coincided with the address of another account. To all my explanations that I use the vpn-service for using the site, I did not receive a response, the communication with me was discontinued. I can not log into my account, I write an error in my login or password. Please influence the bookmaker, ready for any checks

Hi iamcomrat - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately it is unlikely we will be able to help you in this instance. 1Bet terms are clear that you cannot share an IP address with other accounts. If you are using a VPN to access their site you are not in control of the IP address you are using. If another player with this operator uses the same IP address and coincidentally happens to end up using the same VPN and same IP as you, both accounts are then in violation.
While we will contact the operator on your behalf, if they can demonstrate that you have shared an IP address with another account we will not be able to help you.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
