Hi team..

Can you help me with this?

I played live monopoly on 8th Jun 2022 and the time you can see in game history in video which I attached in email.

The game actual bonus is chance 2x on 4 rolls and the dice shown as

1st dice roll 2 and 5 total 7 chance 10x

2nd dice roll 1 and 3 total 4 it went to jail

3rd dice roll 6 and 6 total 12 it is 6x

4th dice roll 2 and 6 total 8 it went to jail

5th dice roll 5 and 5 total 10 it shown as 14x but its wrong from jail 10 means it should be 250x

I reported this issue with customer support but I didn't get any proper resolution and response from them as this game provider please provide solution

I have video proof and screenshot from my live game if needed
