Player's Complaint
I was a user of 1xbet (U ID: [EDIT]), I registered and started using 1xbet by making a deposit of 8,000 BDT ($100 USD) on April 10, 2021.
I was attracted by your promotions, welcome bonus upto €1500 150 FS
I played casino and slots, later that day my account balance turned up into 134,810.45 BDT ($1600 USD approx).
Then I made a withdrawal request of 10,000 BDT ($120 USD) few minutes after, the withdrawal request got rejected, and the reason was "Request for Identification Documents, Please email the security team"
I emailed your security team instantly about the issue, they asked me to send my NID card both side photos, my selfie with my NID card holding next to my face, and other questions as well, I provided them whatever they've requested.
After all they sent me an email that they have closed my account with all of its funds, as they claimed that my account was duplicate and I have violated their T
