21.com - cancelled my withdrawal

Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolve their issue on their own.

Player's Complaint

I deposited total of 250€ and used welcome bonuses and did the wagering on all of them and the last welcome bonus i used, i won 993€ so i withdrawed it. Now 21.com said on the help chat that my withdrawal was cancelled and the deposit money was returned on my account cause of "bonus abuse" but i didnt do any bonus abuse. Also i dont know if the 21.com casino was in the "select the casino" options. So i used 21.co.uk instead. It is not the right casino.
