Unresolved - The casino group that operate 21Grand and Rockbet claim that this individual is either operating multiple accounts under different names or is working as part of a syndicate (both of which are against casino terms and conditions) but have failed to provide supporting evidence to validate this claim.
This leaves us with two parties making opposing claims and no grounds on which to support either. As such this complaint has been marked as 'Unresolved'.

Hello Customer support,
I've problems with 2 casino's. 21 Grand Casino and Rockbet Casino. They blocked my account because of multiple accounts. Live Chat told me that i have 13 accounts. But that's not true, [EDIT]. I have 1 account only on both Casino's. Now they dont reply me back.. Please help me. I am clueless!
