21 Grand Casino & Rockbet Casino

Unresolved - The casino group that operate 21Grand and Rockbet claim that this individual is either operating multiple accounts under different names or is working as part of a syndicate (both of which are against casino terms and conditions) but have failed to provide supporting evidence to validate this claim.

This leaves us with two parties making opposing claims and no grounds on which to support either. As such this complaint has been marked as 'Unresolved'.

I've given 21Grand and Rockbet long enough to respond to this issue and here's the conclusion;

The BestPay Partners group (owner of both casinos) claims that this player is engaged in the operation of multiple accounts not just at these 2 casinos but at their entire group. Have reviewed the information that has been sent through by the casino the player has an account at the following casinos under their name;

Slots Jackpot

Supreme Play

Casino Fiz

Vegas Days

My opinion is that for an ordinary player this is a very unusual pattern of sign-ups - it seems unlikely that a player would end up with an account at every casino in a group without specifically targeting that group.

However, it's not against the rules to open an account at multiple casinos within this group, so having one account at each casino is not in itself incriminating.

Where the issue arises is that there are other individuals named on other accounts that have been flagged up as being run either by the same individual or as part of a syndicate (both of which would be a clear breach of terms and conditions).

What I haven't received a response to is requests for further evidence actually demonstrating the factors that have been used to establish that these accounts are linked. As such I cannot say whether the gathered evidence was sufficient to draw the conclusions that have been drawn.

This being the case I have 2 parties making opposing claims and no sound evidence to base a ruling on. As such this complaint will be marked as 'Unresolved'.
