I have a pending withdrawal of 403.24 EUR on The withdrawal request was made on 6.6.2019. After that they asked my documents for account verification, I sent all the requested documents, and they were all approved. The Payment of my winnings has been delayed now for a month and their live chat cannot tell me when they will pay me. I fear they are going to keep delaying the payment. I ask your help with this issue. Thank you.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with a group that is both negatively listed by this service, has a history of similar issues who has been non-responsive to previous complaints. While I will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
