Player's Complaint

Hi Pogg,

I have a couple of withdrawals pending with 21bet one of which has been pending for a number of days now. My account has been verified yet i'm stil waiting. I emailed asking if they required further documents but there response was that they are very busy. So could you please find out if 21bet are having some issue with paying out. I am not the only customer having this problem, many others are on trust pilot and various social media accounts but as of yet there has been no offical statement as to what is going on. I hope its just some kind of tech fault but until we find out for sure we are all still guessing. I hope you wil be able to get to the bottom of this.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact 21Bet to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture I have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
