I asked them a day ago to block me for gambling problems. They didn’t do it, and didn’t answer.
So I want a refound of my deposits that was made AFTER that message. About 900 euro.
I did make deposits 24 hours after I've asked them to block me. They don't ansver me anymore.
I was able to make deposits again yasterday. But I won't do it again. Please help me get back the deposits that I made AFTER I've asked them to block me for gambling problems
I'm blocked now but they havn't reutn my deposits that I've made a day late frim my request
Hi sandra1996,
Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact 22Bet about this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture I have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
Sorry we could not be of more help!

Hi sandra1996 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately it is unlikely we can do anything to help you in this instance. You've chosen to play with an operator who are both negatively listed with this service and who have been non-responsive to our efforts to discuss complaint issues with them historically.
You are also playing with a weakly licensed operator who will have minimum Responsible Gambling obligations. Even in more tightly regulated jurisdictions operators are given a reasonable time period to respond to an email request of this nature (usually 24 hours). So my question has to be were there deposits made more than 24 hours after you sent your email requesting a self-exclusion?
Thanks,
ThePOGG
