Found for the Player - 22Bet have been entirely unresponsive to our repeated attempts to discuss this issue with them. They are now included on our Blacklist.

Player's Complaint

January 9th I was suspended for them. A total of 6,754 usd remained in my account. They emailed me that I violated the terms. However, I checked their terms and I did not violate the terms.

So at 22bet I kept sending emails that I did not violate the terms, but I never received an answer.

So I asked them to let me know about 22bet regulators.

However, live chat and email do not tell their regulatory agency.

Help me.

Good Day. We are bringing to your notice that we made a decision to stop any collaboration with you (closing your gaming account) on the basis of General Terms and Conditions of the Bookmaker Company:
Should the bettor commit fraud in respect to the bookmaker (such as the registration of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting, if the betting account is not used for betting, the improper use of loyalty schemes, etc.), the bookmaker reserves the right to stop such fraudulent actions by:
-bet cancellation;
-closure of the customer’s account with the balance being refunded;
-filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.

So I checked the 22bet terms again.

However, they did not violate the terms of the content.

I continued to talk about it at 22bet.

But they refuse to live chat with my mail.

If they ask for regulatory agency contact emails or site addresses, they will not respond.

22bet says

I have used the blocked ID of an unknown foreigner name.

I do not know the ID, I never connected.

I have connected an ID that I do not know, but I never did.

I informed 22bet and the regulatory body of the fact. But we have not received an answer yet.

How do I connect with the ID of a foreigner I do not know?
This is impossible.

Hi aabb1028,

Unfortunately 22Bet have been unresponsive to our attempts to discuss this complaint with them. At this point we have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing.

All we could suggest would bet to try contacting Curacao eGaming, but our experience of this regulator has yet to find a case where they've actually helped a player.
