Player's Complaint

This casino allowed me to make deposits of just over £2000 and I cannot see they have a UK licence to provide gaming services to UK players? I have requested via email and also their live chat for their UK Gambling Commissions licence just and they ignore my emails and disconnected my chat when asked the question

Hi lau190 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

As detailed in our Complaint FAQs, we do not seek the return of losses for players based on lack of license alone. The lack of license does not influence the fairness of the gambling transaction and it is the responsibility of the relevant regulator to ensure that only licensed operators can cater to their population.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.
