I asked for my account to be closed on the 07/07/22 via email and did not receive a response. I then contacted them again through resolver explaining my gambling problem and how it is affecting me. To which they replied saying they will permenantly close my account. They have not done this and therefore keep feeding money back in. I have tried my best to stop gambling and tried to put the barrier in the way and they have failed to hold up their end.
