Player's Complaint
As a breif description, was seeing if i had a legitimate case, i was self excluded from UNI bet before the merge with 32 red, however surely my email and my name address that was all the same should of come up in there system? Also i have gambling blocks on both barclays and also my revolut account. However problem gamblers look for ways to gamble and they have a payment system that doesnt go through as a gambling transaction with a klarna payment? Is this not unfair and just taking advantage of people who want to gamble and hide this?

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.
You may find our free Responsible Gambling app BetBlocker useful. It allows users to restrict their internet capable devices from accessing over 15k gambling operator websites for between 24 hours and 5 years.
