Player's Complaint
have been waiting since 12th March for my withdrawal request. its been cancelled twice and deposited back into my account just to go through the waiting 20 or so business days before even being considered. My account is also verified and I have only ever made 3 deposits, its been over 8 months and customer services just keep making lies about emailing the finance department with an update on my request and apologising for the inconvenience. then asking me to be patient. it is getting me nowhere.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. 4Crowns Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
