Player's Complaint
Original request made 11th July 2022 for a withdrawal of £5000. Transaction ID 407580619. Was asked via email for passport and proof of address. All details given, enquired a few times about status told it "takes time". 11th September 2022 it was "automatically cancelled". Funds returned to gaming account. Same day played with the money and turned it into £20000. Made withdrawal request ID 440088213. After contacting support over 6 times and emails this was also "automatically cancelled" and fund returned to gaming account

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. 4Crowns Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
