I have a gambling problem and sadly just as I was getting sorted along came the above casinos. I have lodged complaints with all of them because i believe they are one of the same.
I complained firstly to Parklane and was contacted by Napoli Casino, which seems odd, I have recovered money from them but I had to sign a contract stating I would not convey what they have done to anyone, I am still waiting for the funds to reach my account, which they advise will be in 5 days. Having to sign a contract of this nature raised my suspicions. I went on to find 6Black and was surprised at how similar the design of the site was and indeed the Live help, which was not brilliant. I had asked them to Self Exclude me, which I find interesting was not easy to do on the site, as with Parklane. I then decided to contact Parklane again to ask if 6Black was a sister site as I would like to be Self Excluded from any other sites they owned. I was assured they had not connection with 6Black.
Interestingly, in they must be sharing my email because I have been getting emails advising of new casinos, lo and behold I then signed up to Timessquare Casino. Again the play was unfair and I have lost even more money.
I am appalled this kind of thing is allowed to be happening. Any person trying to control a Gambling issue should not be allowed to sign up for what appears to me to be the same company or companies.
I have read your reviews with interest, wish i had read them before. I am desperately trying to rid myself of the gambling beast and tend to sign up and ask for a Self Exclusion. but the sites looked very attractive and lots of flashing busy lights, a gamblers worst nightmare.
I know I am to blame for even signing up but I do find it very upsetting they can have virtually the same sites and not be in each others pockets. These people need to be STOPPED before more people are affected by them. I am in the process of getting help now but I feel I should get compensation for the money I have spent in these casinos, if they are of the same.
I have written to 6Black who said they would be in touch, I have written to them again today asking why I had not heard from them. The same issue with all, you have to contact them to Self Exclude and they take a while to do this. I have expressed my dissatisfaction at this as it cost me even more money when I went back to 6Black to check and they had not excluded me, so went on to spend another £300+, I have also written today to Timessquare to be Self Excluded but as of yet I have heard nothing back.
this is all so wrong and I hope you can help
many thanks, I would rather not write this in a forum as no one in my family or friends know I have this issue. It has cost me alot of money and maybe being ripped off by unscrupulous casinos is what I need to stop me permanently.
kind regards [EDIT]

Sorry I did reply to your original email and explained I have now got GamBlock installed on my pc, this means I can no longer call up thePogg so have to do it on my mobile, so I think I lost the message. What I said was I think I may attempt to recover some of the funds again before you contact them, would this be okay as you say your help may be low so as I have already secured one refund, may be I should try again with 6Black and Timessquare. of course I would let you know if I don't hear back from them and then perhaps you could try. Thanks for your help. Kindest regards [EDIT]
Hi tristania,
While I did pass your complaint on to a representative for the Game Tech Group, unfortunately I've received no response from them and today have been informed that the one responsive contact we had with this group has left the company. As such I'm sorry to say there's nothing further we can do to assist you with this issue.
Sorry we couldn't be of more help!

Hi tristania - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties.
Firstly, unfortunately you've chosen to play with a group that are widely rogued and who as a standard won't discuss complaints directly with us. The likelihood with which we would be able to help you is low. Nevertheless I will contact the operator for you.
Secondly - you have to understand that the Game Tech Group are a white label platform, meaning that the owners of the individual properties are not necessarily the same people.
Finally given your issues I would like to recommend that you install one of the gambling filtering softwares on to your various devices. These will stop you accessing a large number of gambling sites. You can find the different softwares that are currently available on our Responsible Gambling page. We will be launching our own filtering system before the end of the year that will allow you to block thousands of gambling operators at once, will give you the option to block a large number of sites that solely advertise gambling services (like this one) and will be free to use. If you'd be interesting in trying this let me know and I'll add you to the list of beta testers.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
