Found for the Casino - This player informs us that they have contacted their bank and charged back their deposits. As deposits have not been honoured all play with those deposits is void.

Player's Complaint
I have won €2763.61 and had the withdrawal in approve for 6 days now and still not received the funds. My account has been verified and the casino just keep saying i will receive the payment soon and giving vague answers. I am a UK player and recently learnt this casino does not have a UK licence. I have therefore requested via my bank that they treat this as fraud and retrieve my deposits which I made via a debit card on the website. I have informed the casino of my course of action and they still won’t give me a date I will receive the winning funds.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this case. If you have issued a chargeback, or even threatened to do so, no gambling operator whether UK licensed or not is going to pay winnings as you've not honoured your deposit.
You are correct that 6Black do not hold a UKGC license and are breaking UK law by accepting your play, but this is an issue of licensing/taxation. The UKGC are responsible for ensuring operators they have not licensed do not access the UK market.
