Player's Complaint
Hi there,
In December 2017, I was able to deposit 130 GB pounds between Ridika and 6 Black Casino. However, I started getting suspicious when I tried to log on to certain games and a message came up saying " players in your jurisdiction are prohibited from playing".
Being a bit worried I immediately checked the licensing and indeed these companies did not have a UKGC license! I could have kicked myself! This is never a problem any longer as you are immediately blocked by your IP address from companies which don't have a UKGC license.
They have more games than any casino I have ever seen and honestly I'm sure these games are pirated.
However beyind this I have deposited 130 pounds which I had. I chance of seeing again.
This company is owned by The Game Tech Group and the transactions show on my bank statement as Ubiquin.
I am submitting this email to make others aware to avoid this company like the plague. They do not answer emails.
Hope you may be able to help me and others.
I am not sure of the route to take to pursue getting my money back.

6Black are part of the Game Tech Group N.V. This is one of the most widely Blacklisted groups in operation today and are Blacklisted here. Due to this they are routinely non-responsive to complaints posted at this site.
I'd strongly encourage you to disengage from any future play with this operator!
Unfortunately we would not look for an operator to return lost funds to you simply because they do not have a UK license. It's the responsibility of the UKGC to ensure that non-licensed operators do not accept UK players. Where operators are accepting UK players without a license we would only look for the return of funds if there was something fundamentally unfair about the gambling transaction.
If you have not been paid, we're happy to try to contact the operator but you should be aware from the outset that the chances of us making any difference are extremely low.
