Unresolved - 7 Sultans provided some evidence that this player is involved in the operation of multiple accounts but not enough to be conclusive. They discussed further evidence but did not allow us to verify this due to security concerns.

Player's Complaint

I won 7.665 euro at 7 Sultans casino and they say they will not pay. After I send them a copy of my ID and proof of address they say they lock my account because of " they have found discrepancies on your account."

I ask them what this means and they will not say. They just have [EDITED ACCUSATIONS] my money and say they will not pay it to me without any reason only to say they have "found something." I play this casino and win money and now they just say the don't have to pay? This is so crazy and I don't know what I can do. Please help me to make them pay me my money or tell me were I can go or what more I can do.

Hi Florian.F,

I've tried reaching 7 Sultans casino several time now, unfortunately the email service on both their live and affiliate sites is non-functioning. This had been tested on multiple computers, multiple browsers and via several different geo-located proxy servers.

I'm going to keep trying for the time being, but obviously if I cannot get an email through to them there's nothing I can do to help.

I will keep waiting... I can not say I am surprised from what 7 Sultan have shown me so far of their casino. I hope they fix their casino and pay me soon. Thank you for helping.

7 Sultans have responded to this issue and we have discussed this player's account at length. Some of the evidence that the 7 Sultan's team have gathered they were not prepared to share for security reasons. The evidence they did share is suggestive that this player is engaged in the operation of multiple accounts (though not conclusive considered by itself). The evidence that was not shared was discussed and assuming that it is as claimed would satisfy the requirements to be considered conclusive in this issue. However as we have not seen this evidence to verify it - and working on the presumption that Florian.F would contest the claims made my 7 Sultans casino - this case has to be closed as 'Unresolved'.
