Player's Complaint
I have winnings totalling $1000 and i received an email stating a portion is being used for chargebacks. I had chargbacks with this company and it was all settled in August 2020 and I have a statement from the operating department detailing each charge back as well as an email stating i have paid every one and i owe zero for all the sister companies. There is no possibility of new chargebacks as i now and have for over a year only made deposits with etransfer method. I have been waiting past the expected timeframes for withdrawals and they wont do email communication as i have tried to send in the documents i have from the department which prove i do not owe anythinf. I deserve every bit of those winnings
