Player's Complaint
Casino is 777.be. I joined casino in late December 2018. Requested a E1,200 withdrawal on 30 December 2018. Provided photo ID and proof of address as requested over next 3-4 days. Provided copy of bank statement more than once to support wire transfer. Sent on both 5 Jan and 6 Jan. Then received email on 6 January 2019 saying they needed to call me on ph number provided in order to do final validation. They then email over next few days saying they cannot contact me on number provided, that there must be connection problems and ask me to provide other contact numbers. I have now provided 3 legitimate phone numbers and I have not received one call from 777.be. I have no issues receiving calls from any other casino/person so there is no problem with my phone. I have had no missed calls on 2 of the 3 numbers provided. 777.be are saying they have tried to call me over 10 times on various numbers. I am at a loss to understand how this can be the case when I have no missed calls. I am receiving daily emails from 777 saying they have/are trying to call me but there is connection problems. Please help me resolve this.
