As a German citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a German license. 77Jackpot do not hold a German license and as such are breaking German law by accepting your custom.

You have chosen to play with a weakly licensed property. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
