Hi xcalaba - welcome back.

Exactly what evidence do you have that the games were not functioning randomly?

How did you manage to deposit to this operator? The terms of use clearly prohibit users from your country from registering.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

I have about 90 percent of my spins using the same pattern where it places 2 squares in the second row that don’t ever match up. It’s a choke point tactic. A lot like the one sin city nights uses. It’s to prevent wins and it was used overkill I would like to send you what I have.

It was used excessively and definitely proves that there is manipulation of games going on. These people sold me on random and fair games and I had nothing but problems. I mean if the games are fixed then they could just say it’s ran around the rtp but instead they use the verbal sugar pretty much not giving a damn. They are very misleading and I would like to show you how many times they attempted to lie to me that I caught them in on this transcript.

Also I would like to discuss something with you off here. It would mean a lot.

Hi xcalaba,

In weakly licensed jurisdictions - like your own - slot developers are free to develop games that show a large number of 'near misses'. These don't give any indication of what the RTP of the game is, or indeed have any actual correlation with the outcome of any spin. They do not impact the randomness of the outcomes you receive. They are simply intended to encourage the player to believe that they were close to a win tempt them to keep playing.

We don't necessarily agree with this practice, but we would not seek refunds based on it.

If you want our team to review a complaint issue, feel free to submit a complaint. This is the system we use for communicating with complainants.

Thanks,
