Player's Complaint

Hello , please help I submitted a withdrawal with 7Kasino 6 weeks ago and have been lied to ever since. First of all the told me once it had stopped pending it takes a few days and will go back through moneybookers which was fine. Over a week went by and nothing so I had to chase them for days until I got a response - again they couldn't tell me where it was going and when I would get it. Long story short they have now told me the money got sent back as they have an issue with moneybookers! And have to consult the jurisdiction?! And that the manager is awaiting a decision and seeing if it can either do to my bank or card ! They have my card on file so I don't see the problem. I email every and never get a response. If you could help get me this money I would be very grateful

Hi babagirlb - welcome to!

The first comment I'd make is that 7Kasino do NOT hold a UKGC license. As such they are breaking UK law by accepting any play from UK citizens. As a UK citizen you should always ensure that any operator you choose to play with holds a UKGC license.

I'll contact 7Kasino and see what we can find out for you.

Hello thanks for your response . Really , I didn't know that I've probably deposited over 10 thousand with them ! What a joke . Maybe I should try me get all that back if they are breaking the law , it's not like they wouldn't know I'm from the Uk when I registered .

Hello again , do know if you can help on this . They have paid my winnings which is fine but I'm still not very happy at the fact that they broke the law and continued to take money illegal when they shouldn't have let me join . They have even sent me an email stating that as they cannot accept uk players they are only now losing my account . The thing is - and I'm embarrassed to admit I do have a problem with gambling which I'm now getting under control - I informed them of this on about 50 occasions emailing them begging to excluded me it they blatantly ignored those emails and continued to emails offers and let me carry on I closed my account but it was still open . Can I take them to a court of any kind as the broke the law and get any of my money bsvk as they shouldn't have continued? I don't think they should be allowed to continue. Any help would be greatly received

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to communicate with 7Kasino about this issue we've received no response what-so-ever. As 7Kasino do not hold any gambling license that we could locate I can't even direct you to another body to escalate your complaint.

I'm sorry we couldn't have been of more help with this issue.

Hello thanks for your help , this is really upsetting to be honest al although I know it's my own fault I really wish they would be shit down and give me my money back .
