Tried to make a withdraw transaction on October 16th after going thru the identity process address everything. It said it would take 3-5 business days yesterday October 22nd 2019 I asked customer service at 7reels if I wanted could I cancel my transaction they informed me I could n the steps to do so which I never followed. Today october 23rd 2019 I was thinking my money would be in at ecopayz checked it nothing I go to 7reels to find they cancelled my transaction. Their reason for cancelling is I need to submit a screenshot of my ecopays account idk y bit that's what their reason is. I requested another withdrawal today after giving them the screenshot which I felt uncomfortable doing but I wanna put these guys behind me
