Player's Complaint
I deposited 10000 euro to 7 sultans on 12 May 2021. I lost a few thousands and ordered 7300 to withdraw. They don't pay me. They said me "you've mentioned during a chat that "you need the money". Which raises further concerns.". They still no pay me because I said "I need the money"

Hi acekingsuited8,
This is one of a pair of complaints, against operator's owned by the same group, that you have submitted simultaneously.
In one of these complaints you have stated that "They offered me 3000 euro if I send them my income documents. It looks very suspicious. So, I ignored it."
This is a standard source of wealth check and you would need to comply with it before we would look into this matter for you.
