Player's Complaint

I opened an account on 7sultans at 4/10/2021. I played everyday and lost 7550 until hit 10320.81. My account has been verified at 14/10/2021. I have email confirmation. They asked 3 months Neteller statement and 3 month bank statement/pay slip. I sent quickly, but never get response. Live chat told me about review my account and just need wait. I'm waiting one month already. Could you help me?

Sadly despite repeated efforts to contact this operator to discuss your issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
