Player's Complaint

I tried to log into my account on the 26th of August. And it said Account temporarily disabled. Since then I have called their customer service 3 times to get the same generic excuse."Our security team is looking into the matter. And will be in touch with you in 72 hours. Nobody has been in touch. And its nearly 2 weeks now.

They keep stringing me along with the same excuse. Having read alot of similiar complaints on Trust pilot. I feel they are trying to steal my money. Something isnt right here. Ive been with other online sites for many years. And never been treated like this.
