Player's Complaint

On 22-12-2019 I deposited 545 euros. I played baccarat there, was lucky and won about 4000 euros. I can not tell the exact amount because they blocked my account. I asked for a withdrawal of 2000 euros. They appearantly did not like that and blocked my account on the grounds of suspicious patterns and ongoing investigation. God knows what they mean by that. However on 30th of December 2019 they paid 519 euros back to my Neteller account, although I did not ask for that sum. I tried to contact them several times. So far no response. My account is still blocked and my money is out of reach. Three weeks have passed since my account has been blocked. Could you please help me to recover my money?

All we can suggest at this is that you contact the operator's ADR eCORA. Alternatively, if you wish to consider legal action you could contact GreenTableLegal.com who we understand offer a no win, no fee service that specialises on the remote gambling market.
