My PayPal account was used on an account not in my name on the 888 casino, I do not know who has used it but they have emailed me and confirmed that it has been used and £1908 has been taken from my bank account. They have said they would not have paid had anything been won but will not refund the deposits. They have told me to contact PayPal which I have done and PayPal has told me contact the casino so I am just being passed back and forth.
I don't feel its fair that they get to keep my money so can you do anything about it?

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. Where you are claiming that transactions on your payment account have not been authorised by you this is both a claim of fraud and not a dispute ab out a gambling transaction. As such this is beyond the remit of this service. You need to take this issue to your payment provider (contest the charges via PayPal) and your local police.
