Found for the Player - Despite an initially promising discussion, 99 Slot Machines have become completely non-communicative and offer no response to repeated attempts to find out more about this issue. As such we have no choice but to view this as a basic case of non-payment and as such the Real Vegas group of casinos has been moved to Blacklist status.

On 27th January 14, I requested a payout of $500 from 99 Slot Machines casino. When I tried to find out from live chat when I would be paid I kept getting told that "it is in process" but they could not tell me when I would be paid, but constantly state that I will be paid. Their excuse is the high number of withdrawals being processed. I keep getting same response every time I contact them.

To keep you in the loop - I heard back from my contact at the Real Vegas group last week explaining that they were out of the office, but would forward my request onto their accounts department and I should be contacted in a couple of days.
Since then I've not heard anything and as such I've followed up with my contact again today.

I have spoken to my contact at 99 Slots Machine and they are actively pursuing this issue for you. I'm afraid I don't yet have a likely time frame within which you will be paid. I do think you will receive your funds eventually, but this could be a slow process and is far from unusual for this group of casinos.

Just a quick update - I've spoken again with the 99 Slot Machines representative and they've told me that there's a issue with a lot of withdrawals at the moment and they're pushing to get yours sorted.
The bottom line is they're still saying that they are working to pay you, which is a good thing, it's just going to take a while.

Hi Pogg, next time you have contact, i also have another withdrawal at Plenty Jackpots for $1275 which i first requested in April and it was then put back in my account in May and i then had to re request this also. I do not play anymore at these casinos as i know they are a problem. Thanks again Janice

They had acknowledged receipt but have not provided any concrete response on the issue. Rest assured, I will update you as soon as possible. Best regards"The basics of this issue are that it's now been 3 and a half months since you submitted your complaint and given the above response it doesn't seem likely that payment is going to arrive any time soon. Do I think you will ultimately be paid? Yes, but looking at the handling of this issue so far I'd guess it could take up to a year or more to receive your funds. I'll leave the next step open to your decision, I can either take a firm line and close this complaint as non-payment, or I can keep the complaint open and continue to badger them about this once every few weeks. I've no idea whether my continued chasing will make any difference what-so-ever, it doesn't seem to have so far, but I'm happy to try if that's what you'd prefer. ThePOGG

I'm going to chase this with my contact at 99 Slots Machines but to be frank I'd say it looks like they've no intention of paying you. Worse that this, we're now 5 months into the complaint an this revelation at this stage shows one of two things;
1) utter incompetence in the department who should have been dealing with this in April or
2) making up an excuse after the fact to justify not paying.
Either way this is a sorry state of affairs.

I'm afraid that as it's the same ownership for both casinos, it's the same casino rep I was talking to about both complaints. As that casino rep's no longer responding to any emails I can't help with either issue. The last response I received from them was on the 17th of July. Given that I've emailed them numerous times in the intervening 6 weeks I can't imagine they are suddenly going to start responding now.

Okay I think it's fair to say at this point that the Real Vegas group's attempts at communication regarding player complaints were short-lived and half hearted and as such I no longer feel we have any reasonable likelihood of making payment more likely.
This group is simply choosing not to pay players and that's entirely unacceptable. 99 Slots Machines and all associated venues have been moved to 'Blacklist' status for failure to pay player.
janicejm - I'm really sorry that after all this time the outcome here hasn't been more positive. Having spent 5 months chasing this I had hoped to have at least some of your balance paid by now.
