African Palace - casino non payment of winnings

Player's Complaint

I opened an account with African Palace casino over a month ago. I deposited hundreds of euro over one weekend. I made a withdrawal request on 8th August 2016 for 400 euro which the casino wont pay me. I had no deposit bonus so there were no wagering requirements. I didn't realise this casino was blacklisted until I started to look for payment of winnings, which were not forthcoming. They wanted paperwork, more paperwork, then said there was problems paying back on to my visa card so requested bank details. now they wont answer my emails?

Thanks very much for getting involved.

Got an email from the casino saying the 400 was paid into 2 cards on 5th september. Nothing showing up as yet but will give it a day or 2 and see what happens.

1 month later and I received my winnings today.

Thanks very much for intervening and publishing my complaint. I dont think they would have paid me if it wasnt for your help.

Anybody reading this complaint, I would strongly advise keep well clear of this casino. I would hate to think if I won a few thousand how long I would be waiting to get it ( thats if they would pay at all).

Really appreciate you letting us know that you've been paid and glad that you got your money.

I very much doubt that we had much of an impact here - while I had contacted the operator, it was just a generic 'complaint posted against African Palace' opening email and didn't contain any details of your account. It should be pointed out that 1) they haven't responded to us and 2) this type of issue is common place with this group.
