Resolved - After significant issues obtaining payment from African Palace, the casino has arranged a payment plan and the player appears to be happy with this.
My requested withdrawals 01.06.17 (1228€)
06.06.17 (301€) still not being processed and paid out.
Please help me in this matter.

even worse, i saw that they canceled my other withdrawals, some of them were requestet in April. The amount is 2110€ :(.
They processed 4 day ago a withdrawal of 26€...
Why the complaints are not posted offically on you web site.

Hi tobmasta, In the first instance you've chosen to play with a group that we have Blacklisted - we have limited sway over what happens with such groups.... I have however managed to establish a line of communication with this group and my contact has assured me earlier today that both complaints we have open against their properties will receive a full review next week. With regard to the status of your complaint - we are aware that other services post complaints publicly and allow players to duke it out with operators to resolve issues using public pressure to motivate a resolution without the site having to publicly intervene on behalf of either party. We find it far more effective to manage complaints privately and ensure that site management have the final say. That way, if a player is mistreated we ultimately come out in support of the player. As such all complaints are managed privately while the conversation is ongoing and the thread is published only at the conclusion of the discussion process. ThePOGG

When this complaint was open - 9 months ago! - we repeatedly tried to contact you to confirm that everything was progressing as you expected. We got no response. The figures you are now quoting are entirely out of line with the figures you submitted with your complaint. Is this the same issue? Is this a new withdrawal?
