Hello im starting to get very cross all things considered...I have played on africasino for a while and (a) given them a lot of my hard earned money and (b) won a substantial amount on another occasion but due to their ridiculous verification process which i might add they made me repeat several times to support their unwillingness to pay i failed to get paid on that occasion to and revoked my payment and played down my balance. On this occasion i have remained steadfast and only just recently after once again repeating verification processes to the point of absolute ridiculous states they have finally said my win is approved...but this is nearly or over three weeks on. I'm sick to death of their customer service team fobbing me off when they feel fit driving me mad by speaking to me in german and giving me limited info on the timeframe of my payment.I want my money i won it fair and square without a bonus. please help me pogg.
