Resolved - Agent Spinner Casino have informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

10/03/2020 i made 100€ debosit in Agentspinner casino and I won 291,20€. I tried to make withdraw and it was cancelled. Also my account was blocked.
I got email where they asked me to send proof of payment and bank statement. I send. Then I got email that my account was verified but my account was still blocked.
Then I got blank full of questions. They asked how much I get salary, what is my job, do I rent houses. They asked me to send my payslip, bank statement, proofment of payment from my house wich I rent, ID-card and proofment of address. I send them all. My account was blocked.
Then they asked me to send phone bill for 3 months to them. I told them that I didn't pay my phone bill myself, so I can't send it to them. Their customer sercive said that they will forward this message to security team. About week after that customer service send me email where they asked that phone bill again. I gave them same answer as earlier.. My account is blocked.
Customer service can't answer me questions about security check what's going on. And they said that I can't get straight contact to security team.
What should I do? Is this Agentspinner casino working appropriametly?
