It's actually agent spins from the prism group.
I deposited 200 separate deposits won 3k and on withdrawel they sent me a email stating my 3k was now 1k due to them just deciding that's all I'm due there is nothing in the terms and conditions that states this. My name is not present in the email and it all seems very dodgy I'm actually scared they won't give me the 1k even as they seem so unscrupulous. Can u help me please I feel robbed.

At the time of the complaint it was 200 euros.
Which ment I should have got a x20 payout under there terms but they only paid out 1k.

The term in specific is as follows:
"10.4. If the cumulative amount of a player's deposit is equal to or less than € 200, the player will be limited to withdrawing up to x10 the amount of the most recent deposit. The provision is also enforceable if additional deposits are made by the player with the aim to circumvent this clause."
