Player's Complaint

I registered this casino on 6.12.2021. I won with the welcome bonus 7488 euros. This casino advertises itself as a "quick casino" when it comes to payments. However, it has a limit of making only 500 euros withdraw at a time. Every withdraw should be processed in 3 days as they promise. Well, so far, after almost 1,5 months, I have only received 4000 euros of my winnings. At the moment I have been waiting for the latest withdraw 5 days and during December the time was over a week. So could you somehow help me to get my money faster as they promise?
