i have this account for a while now and deposited over a period of 6 to 7 month i won £3000 on friday, the casino asked for me to provide id which was fine. i have provide all my id passport bank card utility bill as proof of address and bank statements....... the issue is that i have used my partners account to deposit the most recent deposit which was the one iwon the £3000 they are refusing to pay my winning and banned my account....... customer services asked me to provide my partners card details which i did and also a selfi with my partner holding his birth certificate and utiilty bills as proof of address ...... all provided ...... they trying to say ive brokes terms of using a card of third party but all rights were give to use partners account as my income goes in his bank too which i can provide too....... i have contacted gambling commision too and they said i have a very strong case as right were giving for me to use partners account.
