Declined - Complaints related to whether UK players should have been prevented from accessing gambling services are reserved to the management of the UKGC.
Read our All British Casino Review.
I have been diagnosed with adhd and have problems with impulsivity, reckless spending and having no concept of money.
Since opening the account on 23/09/2023 up until I have opted for a self exclusion on 08/10/2023 I have deposited over £1,500 and withdrawn £0. I have had no correspondence from them flagging the deposits even though many were hours after eachother.
On the 25th September I made 6 deposits of £100 and 1 deposit of £200.
On the 2nd October I made 2 of £100.
On the 3rd I made 2 if £100.
On 08/10/23 I made one of £200 and another of £90.
During all this I had no limits set or emails / calls flagging these deposits.
I’m not sure if this is something you can help with?

Hi stenye85 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.
You may find our free Responsible Gambling app BetBlocker useful. It allows users to restrict their internet capable devices from accessing over 18k gambling operator websites for between 24 hours and 5 years.
You can also find information on the various support agencies available to support you in your country in our Responsible Gambling Directory.
Sorry we could not be of more help!
