Found for the Player - All Jackpots have made the very aggressive decision to withhold this players deposit as well as their winnings due to a breach of bonus terms and conditions. This is unethical behaviour that we cannot support and as such all the Jackpot Factory casinos have been moved to 'Not Recommended' status.
Read our All Jackpots Casino Review.
I have signed up and deposited €200 to All Jackpots casino on the 7th of November. My username there is [EDIT]. I have used the same email address there as here.
I have played and won so I made a withdrawal of €967.70 the next day.
4 days later on the 12th as I have received no email or anything, I have contacted them via chat and was told to send in documents. The next day in the afternoon I have contacted chat again as I have received no email confirmation on the receival of the documents. I was told to send them again because they couldn't find the email. Later in the evening that day I contacted them again and was again instructed to send in the documents once more as they still haven't received them. They also have placed the funds back in my casino account without sending an email or saying anything about it over the chat, but I found it luckily and had to make the withdrawal again. The next day on the 14th of november the chat representative named [EDIT] confirmed my documents have been received and accepted by the security department, and told me that I'll be paid by the 18th at latest.
Today I wanted to log in and saw my account was closed. I contacted chat once again and was told my account was closed and my entire balance confiscated on the 14th (again without sending a single email). I was told that I had broken the rules of play, but they can not disclose anything more. I was also sent copy pasted text from the T&C that was detailing what irregular play is but I have violated none of the points there.
I was also told that eventhough the terms and conditions only say the can confiscate winnings they will also not pay out my original deposit because I have played my deposit during my gameplay. Which is also not true.
I hope you can help,
[EDIT]
Hi bolrob,
I've spoken to All Jackpots casino regarding this issue. Unfortunately you have violated the following term;
8.11.3 Where a player places high-value bets for the purpose of increasing his or her balance, followed by significantly lowering the bet size in order to continue playing without seriously impacting the balance.
Having reviewed your play history you selected the game Loaded and started off playing with wagers of €15/spin. After hitting a significant win you then reduced your bet size to €1.25/spin. While the above term is not as clear as I'd like it to be, I really don't see any rational way of arguing that a reduction of over 90% does not constitute a breach of this term.
As such All Jackpots are within their rights to void your winnings.
I'm still discussing your deposit with them as I don't agree with their current position.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
Hi bolrob,
Unfortunately All Jackpots have decided that they are going to retain your deposit. Obviously I cannot support this action in any way, shape or form. This is equivalent to a mobile phone company, when a contract customer stops paying their bill, looking for the return of the phone alongside payment of the full contract dues. Your breach of terms voided the contract and as such pre-contract conditions should be strived for minus any reasonable fees for the transaction costs and time spent.
As such all the Brightshare casino properties will be moved to 'Not Recommended' status.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
