All Jackpots - Hungarian Address card not known to casino
I have signed up to alljackpots casino with the username [REMOVE]csaforr[REMOVE] with the email address [REMOVE][email protected][REMOVE].
I have made a withdrawal request on the 29th of october. I have received a verification request two days later to which I have immediately sent identity and address verification documents. Later that day I have received an email again requesting the same documents. I contacted chat support and was told that my documents were already accepted and to ignore the second documents request. I still have the saved text from this chat. The documents sent in were namely my national ID card, and my Hungarian Address card. The latter is the official document for address verification in my country. It is issued by the documents department of the City Hall of my hometown. As is the ID card itself. The reason I am deatiling this so much, is the next day I have received an email that my address card is not accepted, and to send in a utility bill or bank statement.
I have then sent them a screenshot of my skrill/moneybookers account that I deposited from and showed them that my address is VERIFIED there. They are a financial institution as requested.
They also refused the accept this ignoring the fact that I have told them via chat that I receive no paper based utility bill or bank statement that shows my name and address as they want it to.
I really think they just are not familiar with the hungarian document, as they are refusing to accept a document issued by an EU government for the exact purpose of address verification.
