Player's Complaint
I received a email (which I am happy to forward) stating that I deposit and I receive 150% match and 10dollars free. I clicked the deposit now button was taken to where I deposited and then saw I was given that. I contacted live chat to which I was told that I was told in the email to read the terms and conditions and since I hadn't it was my fault I didn't know that 10 dollars was the min deposit ( I deposited 5 dollars) what bugs me is that nowhere does it tell me in the email that there is a min deposit. Nor does it warn me to read terms and conditions and when pointing that out they said that I am required to read the entire email before clicking the deposit now button. If u look at the email the terms and conditions button is nestled amongst the reinstall software/unsubscribe/forgot password so I argued the fact of them being completely clear about being told to read the terms and conditions first. I also argued that since the min deposit was not mentioned and I was not told to read terms and conditons then why after clicking the deposit link was I not warned that I was not depositing the minimum required deposit. I also asked to be emailed a copy of the transcript to further back up how they tried to pull the wool over my eyes to which they never did. I just want my 15 dollars that is outstanding had I been granted the bonus but I am actually wanting to hear ur opinion also to weather I was misled or are they right in how they have gone about advertising this offer. Thank u
