Player's Complaint

Won’t pay my $700 winnings. It’s been over a month. Several repetitive emails from agents. Agents sending wrong information. Asking me to check and send statements from two banks . I guess because they can’t remember which bank account they didn’t put the money into. Have me two different reference numbers to check for payment with my bank. They have no idea what they are doing. I have sent all bank statements for proof they have not paid

On the 2nd oct and Have not heard from them. I withdrew these funds 5th September. They are really dragging this on. The emails from the agents / staff have been very testing and patronising. I just want my money so I can close this account with alljacks as this is now a credibility and trust issue with this casino.

Thank you for trying! Can you tell me where alljackpots are based? And is there someone I can talk to that audits this business. What can a customer do if alljackpots don’t pay winnings. Imagine if this was a huge win. How can o line casinos o players be warned about this. I know I would never want to play at a casi o that does this to their loyal customers who hand over their money trusting they will be paid out if they win.
What group do they belong too please? What other casinos are there’s? I no longer want to suppprt them at all. Thank you .
