Won’t pay my $700 winnings. It’s been over a month. Several repetitive emails from agents. Agents sending wrong information. Asking me to check and send statements from two banks . I guess because they can’t remember which bank account they didn’t put the money into. Have me two different reference numbers to check for payment with my bank. They have no idea what they are doing. I have sent all bank statements for proof they have not paid
On the 2nd oct and Have not heard from them. I withdrew these funds 5th September. They are really dragging this on. The emails from the agents / staff have been very testing and patronising. I just want my money so I can close this account with alljacks as this is now a credibility and trust issue with this casino.
