I had an withdrawal of $3500 since february 22 until now i havent received it yet.! 2weeks ago they told me that all documents that ive been submited its been approved that i will be receiving my winnings within 24 hour frame so 24 hour just lapse.. until now i havent received it yet just talk to them again they said that my account placed on hold?! Thys insane..!!! Due to echeck returns.. when i played in all slots i used the echecks to deposite money.. worth $750 after 3 dYs there already get in my account and it has been cleared.. and now they just telling me now that they hold my account.. they even confirm that echeck already went through so now..there saying that there must be echeck returns.' Thats impossible and uneexceeptable!!! Im so frustrating to getting my winnings!! Take note this is not a million dollar amount its only $3500 i dont know why its taking awhile to process it they keep saying still on processing department!! This is crazzyy if they already approved my documents why its taking too much days ib processing department!!! Its 2019 noww come on wake up!!!' Im so dissapointed!! Regarding this matter i just want my winnings!!! You guys are great and i still loved to plau to this casino!! If this matter wont solved i woll need to get a ticket complain regarding this matter..!!!!

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with a group that hold negative status here and are routinely non-responsive to player complaints submitted to this service. I'll contact the operator to see what we can find out but the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to discuss this issue with All Slots Casino we've received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture I do not feel there's any reasonable expectation of receiving a response.

All I can recommend you do is contact AllSlots ADR eCOGRA.
