July2021 till now my withdrawal of $230 been pending, I submitted all documents necessary and they have been verified. They close my account with not telling me reason. After many times of asking me to send documents they finally got it all sorted out, but still taking them to get back to me with update or payout I haven’t heard from them even if I send them a message almost through all department, on weekly base but they fail to reply. I want my money. This is same issue I have with ruby fortune I have withdrawals almost exactly same date. Maybe couple days apart but both account has shot down and withdrawals is being held for who knows what reason I ask they cannot tell me. I asked for a department where I can call and speak to instead of chat and email they couldn’t provide either. Worst of all they fail to send me an update or reasons to what’s taking so long. I think are are avoiding or refusing to communicate. Think this is very un fair and unprofessional. I want my money if not then refund all the deposit I made across fortune lounge casino using the same methods and refund the ballance I have left in my lobby it’s how it’s supposed to be done.
