my current balance is around 19400 eur .I put threw a withdrawal of 4900 as I already withdrew 100 eur .

to receive a email offering me a one off payment of 6000 eur in exchange for my account balace 19400 eur or 1000 eur a week .

I do not wish to have either .I wish to withdraw 5000 eur every 30 days as per t&cs .

but the manager isnt happy with this and will only send me 1000£ for every withdrawal.

I've ask to speak to his superior but been totally ignored on this subject .

I have not had a issue with any other casino owned by topia so I can only assume he is being incredibly difficult. The managers name is [EDIT].

Hi royco85 - welcome to!

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. All Cash Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

I've spoken to AllWins Casino regarding this issue. My understanding is that €1600 has been paid, that there is a €3400 withdrawal pending and that the intend to honour the €5k every 30 days as stated in their terms. Can you please confirm as you receive your funds?

allwins have yet again cancelled my 3400 eur withdrawal and changed it to 500 eur.

for the last 30days Ive only received 2400 eur .Them stating that THEY can choose to withdraw any amount up to 5000eur .So I dont really no where I'm at atm .
