Hi I joined all cashback casino,it took my deposits no problem by Mastercard,I'm a uk player,then I got up to €1250 or near enough that,i went to withdraw €1100 it wouldn't let me,by there only withdrawel method wire bank transfer,i contacted live chat several times sometimes cut off/ignored,was told to try different device tried laptop,phones,everything still wouldn't let me,i didn't accept any of there bonuses and in doing so no bonuses giving.so they cant make that excuse,i have a screenshot of my balance all withdrawel details in and the withdrawel amount not letting me.thanks if you could get back to me,I contacted them asking for deposits back they said no,told them do you know how damaging it will be to there company with my screenshot,live chat didn't care said remembered me from yesterday and even said he knows how damaging will be to company when put posts up.can you help,the screenshot is me showing the 1100 euros not withdrawing doubt that i would get that back even though thats what i was trying to withdraw,but my deposits id like backat least.dont know if this casino should be accepting uk players.
