Hi there an needing some help I deposited on all wins casino on Saturday 23rd of November I did quite few through the moring and won 2500 euros so I put in withdraw 2500 got an email day later saying they need docmenats which I have sent I still continued to deposit money on there website why's this withdraw was pennding on sending emails to see how long they would take for my withdraw and wasent getting no emails back so I was back and forth to live chat telling me to wait then on wedensday i did phone vercation then on Thursday I got email saying my funds had been approved in the Thursday thought great still sending more emails as it said pending so over weekend I spoke to live chat again they said it would be done Monday by finace team the it's 1 to 5 days then this afternoon I get an email now saying my docmeants aren't clear enough bere in mind the Email they sent me Thursday said been approved I've been putting 100s on all week as well now saying need resend it all ivy been in bank got every thing they need and will resend but feel like there trying not to pay me so frustrating as they don't reply to u unlees they need u they don't have a problem with me depositing every day i have all stuff they sent me on my phone plz can u help thanks [EDIT]

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 13th of December let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
