Player's Complaint

I made a withdrawal which was verified 15th should of been in my bank 3 to 5 days. When i never received it i contacted via email with no response apart from automated. I have been on live chat nearly daily to be ignored then chat ended. On numerous chats i was told yes a few days it will be there. When i originally made withdrawal i only got choice of one of cards i deposited with which isnt a problem. Then i was told it was my credit card it would go to which wasnt an option when i made withdrawal? Then 3 days ago they said no they voided the withdrawal and refunded me it even I asked for my account to be closed. I got email today saying they payed it to my account which they havnt. Please pleasr help i am at my wits end and have wasted hours trying to get my money back the treatment i have received is shocking i only hope this is the right department as they would not give me any information on who governs there site kind regards [EDIT]

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. AllWins Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
