AllWins - Withdrawal not payed

I made a withdrawal which was verified 15th jan.it should of been in my bank 3 to 5 days. When i never received it i contacted via email with no response apart from automated. I have been on live chat nearly daily to be ignored then chat ended. On numerous chats i was told yes a few days it will be there. When i originally made withdrawal i only got choice of one of cards i deposited with which isnt a problem. Then i was told it was my credit card it would go to which wasnt an option when i made withdrawal? Then 3 days ago they said no they voided the withdrawal and refunded me it even I asked for my account to be closed. I got email today saying they payed it to my account which they havnt. Please pleasr help i am at my wits end and have wasted hours trying to get my money back the treatment i have received is shocking i only hope this is the right department as they would not give me any information on who governs there site kind regards [EDIT]
