Hi it was in 01/09/2021

I got a bonus from amok casino meanwhile my account was closed and i couldnot deposite or play but i got a bonus my avcount was closed because behavior they are saying but it was also so much gambaling issue like losing 16000 euro in one night and more and more in theier sisterbrand mountgold and refuel casino

Yeah they send me 5 euro bonus and i could see the bonus in my account i contact the live chat and the agen closed my account i have the evidence that she said i will close it now your not allowed to play and then when i asked her why i got bonus she said you filled your information wrong but i didnot

And then another agent said you not filles your information at all

But all was right and they not respond to my complain when i send it to them and when they send me the bonus it start a fire in my mind and i atart to play again and i have lost about 1500 euro i have all the evidence you need and i can provide i have films from chats picture and everything
