Player's Complaint

Hi! I registered to Amunra casino 22.10.2021. I played welcome bonus with 100€ deposit and then I lose it. Then I played second welcome bonus 100€ deposit and 75€ bonus money. I succeeded to wager that bonus without breaking the bonus rules or general terms. There was 3400€ at withdrawable balance. Amunra asked from me the necessary documents and then they accepted them. The Amunra has paid 1000€ for me but there is 2400€ being withdrawal very long time. The casino extends the paying my winnings. When I ask via email about missing 2400€, they are answering that the withdrawal is processing at the moment or they answer that they don't know the real status of the withdrawal. There is over 2 months of when I played at the casino. I have waited a long time the missing 2400€ and there is never anything new information about it.
